Package Algae Production System
The package systems are designed as modular units that can be used for several applications ranging from pilot testing to fully scalable systems. Pilot testing systems are available for basic algae production, wastewater treatment efficiency, TMDL, nitrification/denitrification, tertiary effluent treatment, and more.  Smaller scale pilot system packages are not intended for full scale expandability; however, many of the base units are configured for easy expandability to meet your full scale system needs.

Customized Algae Production Systems
If the characteristics of the nutrient source used for algae growth are well known to support algae growth, then Algaewheel can provide Customized Algae Production Systems for full scale build-out.  If you plan on working with a nutrient source that may not allow optimal conditions for algae production, we encourage pilot testing to develop proper design criteria for your system.  The results of the pilot system testing will define the need for pretreatment or other needs for optimizing algae biomass output.  There are several key markets for which the Algaewheel system can be used including wastewater treatment, biomass production, biofuels, biogas generation, nutrient recovery, CHP, and more.

Package Plants and Onsite Wastewater Systems for Decentralized Wastewater
