Bill Cantwell, OneWater’s Director of Business Development will give a 45 minute presentation on May 8th, 2015 at 9 am on Algaewheel’s sustainable treatment solution for small and seasonal wastewater treatment plants, co-authored by Isabella Lledos, VP of Regulatory Compliance and Daniel Johnson, SVP of Biological Engineering at OneWater Inc.
Brief Description of Presentation:
Algaewheel treatment systems were installed in 2011 to replace aging activated sludge treatment plants at theDunes State Park located on the shores of Lake Michigan in Northern Indiana and The Cincinnati Nature Center located in Milford, Ohio. Decentralized wastewater treatment applications are often seasonal and receive highly variable flows and loadings, which make it very difficult to consistently meet their permitted effluent limits.
Algal attached growth technologies are particularly applicable to decentralized wastewater treatment applications.
